Miranda Powers is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. She has been training in New York City for four years helping clients obtain their fitness goals, from strength training to marathon cross training, Miranda has done it all. She also has her NASM Women's Fitness Specialization and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Group Fitness Training specialization. She is particularly passionate about training women, including pre and post natal. Miranda is ecstatic to be apart of the Grassroots team and looks forward to meeting you!
