CLASSES


GROUP FITNESS WITH THE INDIVIDUAL IN MIND. SMALL CLASSES. CHALLENGING FOR ALL LEVELS. TAUGHT BY PERSONAL TRAINERS.

Our small classes of no more than 10 people per class allow us to assess each individual and modify for the best workout possible. Beginners will be watched carefully and experienced athletes will be given a challenging workout. All of our instructors are also personal trainers, so you will get the personal training experience in a group setting! What’s your fitness project?
