CLASSES


GROUP FITNESS THAT PRIORITIZES EVERY INDIVIDUAL: SMALL CLASSES. CHALLENGING FOR ALL LEVELS. TAUGHT BY PERSONAL TRAINERS.

Our small group training sessions have a max of 12 for lifting based classes and 14 for conditioning classes. This allows us to assess each individual and modify for the best workout possible. Beginners will be challenged while monitored carefully, and experienced athletes can expect to be pushed out of their comfort zone. All of our instructors are also personal trainers, so you’ll recieve the personal training experience in a group setting! What’s your fitness goal?
