At Grassroots Fitness Project, we keep our group training personal. Our lifting-based classes are capped at 12-15 participants, while conditioning classes are limited to 14, ensuring individual attention and customized modifications.
Our classes welcome both beginners and seasoned athletes. All coaches are certified personal trainers, giving you expert instruction in a dynamic group setting. Our structured programming ensures progress, whether your goal is building strength, improving endurance, or refining technique.

Women’s Strength
A progressive strength training program designed specifically for women. Unlike traditional group fitness classes, it follows a structured training cycle (6–8 weeks) so you can build strength safely and effectively.
Co-ed Strength & Conditioning
The OG class at Grassroots! A dynamic fitness class designed to push your physical limits to achieve your own personal fitness goals. Led by experienced trainers, this class combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movements to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness.
P.A.C.E
PACE (Partner Athletic Conditioning & Endurance) is our high-energy partner conditioning class that builds your endurance, athleticism, and mental grit — through teamwork. You’ll move through stations with a partner using the assault bike, rower, running intervals, light DBs, light KBs, and fast circuits — all designed to train your engine without heavy loading.
