REWARDS & DISCOUNTS

Family Discount

• When two or more family members have active packages, the lesser-priced package receives 10% off.

• Each family member must have their own package (no shared packages).

• A family member must have an active package for the discount to apply.

• Cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Student & Teacher Discounts

• Must present a valid student or teacher ID.

• Applies only to private training packages (class discounts are separate).

• Cannot be combined with Family or other discounts.

• Full details available on our “Ways to Save” page.

Referral Rewards

• When a new client makes a purchase and lists your name at account creation, you receive $25 in account credit.

• Credit cannot be added retroactively if your name was not entered at sign-up.

Review Rewards

• You receive $25 in account credit for each posted review (Google, Yelp, Facebook—one per platform).

• Email us a screenshot to receive your reward.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Credit Cards

• All major credit cards accepted.

• A 4% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions.

Zelle

• You may pay via Zelle to avoid the 4% processing fee.

• Send payments to: grassroots@grassrootsfitnessproject.com.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

These policies protect your commitment, class consistency, and our trainers’ income.

Group Classes

• Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

• Memberships include 2 grace late cancels per month.

• After grace uses: late cancel fee is $20; no-show fee is $25.

Private Training

• Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or the session is forfeited.

• If the cancel is a sick late cancel, the private session may be made up in a class.

• No makeups, credits, or replacements are guaranteed outside these policies.

PACKAGE EXPIRATION DATES

• All packages include buffer time to complete sessions.

• No extensions beyond expiration except for documented medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

• Automatic reminders will be sent as expiration approaches.

• Please schedule proactively—availability is not guaranteed.

LATENESS

• Group classes: if you are late and there is a waitlist or walk-in, your spot may be given away.

• Entering late disrupts the warm-up and increases injury risk.

• Private sessions: if we have not heard from you within 15 minutes, the session is considered a late cancel.

• If you communicate, we will not turn you away—communication is appreciated.

SICKNESS

• Please stay home if you are sick or becoming sick.

• You may request “tentative” status so we can offer your spot to someone else while keeping you first in line.

• Helps maintain a clean, healthy training environment.

• Private sessions may be made up in a class for sick late cancels.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

• Please bring clean, dry shoes.

• You may be asked to train barefoot if shoes are wet.

• You may leave a pair of studio-only shoes onsite.

YOUTH SEMESTER POLICIES

Refunds

• Prorated refunds available only during the first week of the semester.

• After week one, remaining value can be issued as family account credit for use within the same semester.

• No rollovers into future semesters.

Injuries

• Prorated refunds available with a doctor’s note if a child cannot participate.

Make-ups

• Two make-ups per semester per child.

• Make-ups depend on availability and are not guaranteed.

• Make-ups hold no monetary value and do not roll over.
