GRFP Personal Trainer | Women’s Strength Coach
With nearly a decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, Isadora is passionate about making science-based health and wellness accessible to all. She studied biology in college, which laid the foundation for her evidence-informed approach to fitness. Isadora is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a graduate of the Grassroots Fitness Project’s 24-hour mentorship program, which emphasizes excellence in movement, coaching, and client care.
From commercial and corporate gyms to private training spaces, she has worked with clients of all ages and abilities to help them reach their health and performance goals. Her specialties include corrective exercise, glute development, calisthenics, powerlifting, and nutritional coaching.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are, move you closer to your goals, and empower you to push boundaries — all while having fun.
