This 55 minute class is our Kids Skills Basics class with an integration of climbing on our bouldering wall and a fun filled NINJA style obstacle course, which will challenge core stability, mobility and strength.

Class begins with our La Sierra Warmup, which involves dynamic stretches, push ups and ballistic movement to properly warm up the body. The participants are then put through our gymnastic holds, a challenging obstacle course, and climbing on our bouldering wall.

Bouldering is rock climbing stripped down to its raw essentials. Your challenge is to climb short, but tricky bouldering "problems" (a route, or sequence of moves) using balance, technique, strength, and your brain. This class does not include the amount of climbing that you can get in a one on one session.
