WOMEN’S STRENGTH: LIFT
THE HEART OF OUR WOMEN’S STRENGTH PROGRAM.
→ 8 WEEK SERIES
During the 8-week series, Lift focuses on barbell training (squat, bench, deadlift, push press, and pull-up) with accessory work.
→ 6 WEEK SERIES
During the 6-week series, Lift uses dumbbells and kettlebells with single-arm and single-leg work for balance, stability, and variety.
*Aim for 2–3 Lift classes per week for best results*
FOUNDATIONS
A supportive class designed to build balance, stability, mobility, and core strength.
Foundations is designed to reinforce the core pillars of movement — joint stability, muscular activation, mobility, agility, and foundational strength. It’s not about the big lifts; it’s about teaching your body how to properly recruit the stabilizing muscles that support those lifts.
You’ll work with intention and control to refine the way your body moves. Foundations challenges you in a completely different way than a heavy lifting day — not through load, but through focus, precision, and connection to your core movement patterns.
Ideal for beginners building confidence and movement quality, and a powerful complement for seasoned lifters looking to protect their foundation and longevity.
What to expect:
👉 A focus on quality over quantity — movement > speed or weight
👉 Higher rep ranges with bands, dumbbells, bodyweight, and other functional tools.
👉 Emphasis on core, glutes, hips, shoulders, and other stabilizers.
👉 Circuits may include AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabatas.
👉 Equipment varies: kettlebells, medicine balls, rower, monster rope, plyo boxes, etc.
👉 No barbell lifting.
Class Format & Enrollment Options:
Foundations can be attended a la carte or as part of your 5-day-per-week structured Women’s Strength series.
RESTORE
30 minutes of mobility, fascia release, and flexibility for optimal recovery.
Restore is a vital complement to strength training, intentionally designed to prioritize recovery, release tension, and support deep restoration of both body and mind. Through a combination of fascia manipulation, static stretching, and breathwork, participants will improve mobility, reduce soreness, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and stillness.
Ideal for those looking to improve recovery, decrease muscle fatigue, and develop a deeper awareness of how their body moves and rests.
What to Expect:
👉 Fascia Release & Mobility Work.
👉 Use a variety of therapy balls and rollers to hydrate fascia, release tightness, and support healthy tissue function.
👉 Restorative Stretching.
👉 Guided static stretches to promote flexibility, joint health, and proper movement patterns.
👉 Breathwork & Nervous System Reset.
👉 Gentle breathing techniques and grounding practices to regulate the nervous system and reinforce the value of rest and reflection.
Class Format & Enrollment Options:
Restore is offered In-person only. Attend à la carte or as part of the 6-week, 5-day-per-week Women’s Strength program.
RECOVER YOGA
RESTORATIVE POSES FOR MOBILITY, BREATH, AND GROUNDING.
Recover Yoga is an all-levels yoga class designed to complement your lifting program by enhancing flexibility, balance, and overall recovery.
Ideal for lifters looking to support their lifting routine with improved mobility, balance, and recovery. This class is perfect for both rest days and active recovery.
What to expect:
👉 A blend of restorative holds, deep stretches, and gentle flows.
👉 Movements that target the hips, shoulders, spine, and other areas often taxed by strength training.
👉 Intentional breathwork, joint mobility, and calming postures to restore balance, reduce soreness, and move with more ease.
