Come join us for a deep dive into one of the best strength building movements the human body can perform.The objective of this clinic is to build solid technique in a variety of squatting positions and review the flexibility demands that effect optimal form.

Stretching for a deeper squat:

  • Static stretch as a protocol

  • PNF technique for progress
