This workshop is an opportunity for you to connect with your body. You will move slowly through yoga poses and techniques specifically to both open the hips and stabilize them. You'll leave feeling refreshed and inspired to move mindfully.
Katie Richey is an expert in mindful moving and body anatomy when it comes to the practice of yoga. She will give you access to tools and exercises you can take home and practice to support your hips through your high intensity workouts.
