Exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand. Eating well and enough is very important, especially when you begin exercising more often! I will always uphold the idea that eating well does not just mean eating all “healthy” food, but you also should enjoy what you eat! My personal philosophy rejects the idea that dieting is healthy and should be practiced. I believe that listening to your body will ultimately serve you better than any meal plan or diet book. This is designed so you stress LESS about food and are able to enjoy your life and health more!
