TEEN GIRLS PROJECT VULNERABILITY IMMERSIVE (AGES 13-18)

An opportunity to explore the meaning of Strength through voice, velocity and vulnerability.

Voice - 110 min. When and in what areas did you lose your strength?

A conversation led by Lee Baker (Founder of Positive Constructs), with specific guided questions. There will be writing involved.

Velocity – 60 min. Teen strength training class to reclaim, explore, and regain our strength. Taught by Heather Gunn (co-founder of GRFP).

Voice – 5 min. Return to core and affirm our strength as individuals and community.

Vinyasa – 5 min. Meditation and Mantra.
