Ladies! Strength 101 (Women Only) is our dynamic and inviting weight lifting class, for women only! Learn the deadlift, squat, clean and jerk, snatch, pull-up, push press - in an environment where women support one another on moves that can sometimes be associated with being a “man’s exercise.” This class debunks the myth that lifting gets you bulky. It has a similar structure to our Superset class, but will spend more time on technique, safety, and skill development. The class finishes off with a WOD (Workout of the Day) that brings together everything you learned from the class.
