Strength 101 is our dynamic and inviting weight lifting class, designed for beginners who want to learn to lift properly. Learn the deadlift, squat, clean and jerk, snatch, pull-up, and push press. It has a similar structure to our Superset class, but will spend more time on technique, safety, and skill development. The class finishes off with a WOD (Workout of the Day) that brings together everything you learned from the class.
