PROJECT: HIIT EXPRESS
(in a 30 minute format)
Functional Strength and Metabolic Conditioning
Whole body movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and running.
Pull-ups, Push-ups, Squats, Lunges and Crawls.
How do we differ from other studios?
At Grassroots all of our classes are taught by certified personal trainers
Most group classes are taught by"certified fitness instructors".
Get the personal Training education in a group setting.
Beginners will be watched carefully, while experienced Athletes will be given a challenging workout.
Indoor Classes are kept to a class size of no more then 10 people. Warm-up will be more compact and rest times between exercises will be less.
At Grassroots we feel it is important to educate our clients as to why they are doing what they are doing.
In the small group we are able to assess and modify. However, we ask that all participants come physically healthy.
