Destress and party-on! This class is a welcoming and supportive opportunity for beginners and teens to grow their yoga practice. Join Allison, our new yoga teacher, for a fun flow to build flexibility and strength.

Project: Yoga for Athletes Recovery

Grassroots Fitness | Wednesday 7:30pm & Sunday 5pm

This class is designed for the athletes who believe they are “too stiff for yoga”. We will work through fundamental postures to increase your flexibility and stamina allowing you to become more open, confident, and relaxed. Yoga is a great supplement to any workout and may be what you are missing in your training regime!
