"I quit the gym and train with GRFP exclusively. Class size is small (4-6) which means individual attention - the trainers set the tone with their ever expanding fitness knowledge and by personally seeking to be fit from the inside out. It is a supportive environment and mindful of all fitness levels. They use the local parks for outdoor workouts and organize group rock climbing trips too. I highly recommend giving GRFP a try - they teach fitness but the lessons learned are not just physical. They care about their clients!"

Our Top Programs

30 minute express classes

If you are looking to get in and out, this class is for you. This class is high in intensity, and pulls from many High Intensity Interval Training formats.

One on One Training

This is a private session that is created specifically for the individual's needs and wants. The program is created after a thorough metabolic and medical assessment.

Small Group Training

Classic GRFP conditioning class
Whole body movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and running.

Training at Grassroots Fitness Project is about guidance not garantees. We attempt to act as a conduit of current athletic programming and fitness information. Our clients will be asked to push themselves physically and emotionally in a supportive environment where failure does not exist and goals become inevitable.
